lmao u guys wont believe this but it actually works. Problem is when i click to open it, 2 friggin windows pop up so i have 2 of the same videos running haha. SO it went from not working to me having it running twice at the same time. I tried closing one and it closed both of them

Ok, so this video motivated me to try something different this morning in the gym...I went 12 mins non-stop----

Incline Push Press Machine
12-15 REPS
Knee Raises
15 REPS
Dips
15 REPS
Pushups
15 REPS

I just continually went from one to the next with no rest. Tough as shit but an incredible pump and i went through this circuit 4 times and just taking a guess that it was about 12 mins.

J2d, have you ever given HST a try? Those 15's friggin kill me.30-40 minutes of hell really. I have puked several times from it but not in a long time. Normally only if i drank the night b4 or taken creatine. However, last week i was in a hurry and took little to no rest and i had to lay there for at least 10 minutes holding off from puking. 15's are hell but i respond well to them

i have used medicine balls and swiss balls for years. YOu hit muscles u never knew u had. Man those girls are hot and sexy
These training routines are so novel and unique fellas. Medicine ball and kettle bell workouts that will absolutely thrash your shoulders and tri-ceps, while at the same time increasing your cardio . The leg/lumbar workouts are insane almost certain to make you puke your guts out. Although the sessions aren't all like this, they are all very intense and last 30-40 minutes, and you're done. There is a paradoxical change in philosophy with all of the ex BB's and endurance athletes who seem to have honed these programs to near perfection.

Juiced, this is what I've been talking about for some time with you on Aim, and D'evolution. I think if you were to apply some of these training principles sparsely , they'd have great benefit, especially in your conditioning. However if performed daily they'd be counter-productive to bodybuilding overall.

It is really a great program. Lots of threads on it. You can taylor it in many ways. Full body w/o

The 2 weeks of 15 reps are killers but man you will get some pumps and it is great if you are nursing an injury. Gets a lot of blood flow. I think you would really enjoy it.
The basic HST is 8 weeks but like i said u can taylor it. Getting ready for spring break i am keeping with the 15's for 4 weeks rather than 2.

Not sure what actual bodybuilders have used it. Some bb's were on the hst site but that was years ago when i was on there regularly. I can break it down for you more if u like
