your arms are going to be a very very strong point in your physique. i can tell already, your peak is going to be sick
posing, remember, when you're on stage, do not try and flex your hardest, if youre in shape, simply flexing a little will be enough, most peeps on stage think they need to try and flex so hard they blow their eye balls out, you dont need to do that
as far as your rear double, bring your elbows up and forward a little more, that will allow your back to widen out, rather than looking scruntched up.
your leg pose, are you sitting back on your heels? you want to, but no all your weight on your heels, leg pose is hard to hit. i basically bring the back of my heels together and make a V shape with my feet, bend my knees slightly, and put a little weight on my heels. its really hard to describe in words.
